本作は主に未就学児を対象としており、友情や思いやり、そして「自分とは違う誰か」を助ける勇気について描いています。脚本は、リトアニアの児童文学作家マリウス・マルチンケヴィチュスによる絵本『Sivužas』を原作としています。
Ignas Meilūnas (1985) is Lithuanian animation director and producer. After years of working with different animation techniques Ignas settled on stop motion animation and usually works with short films for young audiences. His films have travelled and won awards in some of the biggest international film festivals worldwide. Ignas is a co-founder of Vilnius based animation studio "Kadrų Skyrius".
